Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 September 2026

Fundora is a private funding platform. This policy describes how we handle information submitted through the website. It is a working draft intended to be replaced with counsel- reviewed language before public launch.

Information we collect

When you submit a grant application, inquiry, or contact form, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone if given, organization name, location, applicant type, funding category, related program, amount requested, and your application or message. We also store a hashed network address, a user-agent string, a reference number, and email delivery events needed to operate the service.

How we use it

We use this information to record your inquiry, email a confirmation, notify Fundora staff, continue the conversation by email, and let you check status with your reference number. We do not sell applicant lists.

Email

Transactional messages are sent through a provider such as Resend. Staff replies use the company inbox. Do not include passwords, government ID numbers, or payment card data in forms or email unless a staff member has asked for a specific document through a secure channel.

Retention and access

Inquiry records are stored so staff can review them and so you can look up status. To request access or deletion, email the address on the Contact page and include your reference number.

Cookies

The public site does not require an account. The admin area uses a session cookie after login. Optional spam-protection widgets (such as Turnstile) may set cookies if enabled.
